Brewer's yeast is composed of cells of the species saccharomyces cerevisiae, which are prepared by cultures in a natural medium rich in carbohydrates supplemented with nitrogenous and phosphorous products, from which their essential constituents are synthesized. NATUFARMA brewer's yeast is not a by-product recovered in the final phase of alcoholic fermentation (beer), with a bitter taste, therefore one of the characteristics of the product is its pleasant taste, which does not need to be subjected to any treatment to correct it.
