Exclusive distribution

Exclusive distribution is a kind of distribution a manufacturer or supplier authorizes only one distributor to carry out within a definite region. Such a distributor becomes the sole authorized seller of the manufacturer's specific products.

Exclusive distribution helps to:

  • Keep the firm focused.
  • Secure the distributor of the brand for the firm.
  • Save the firm the fear of losing the distributor's loyalty.

An outstanding attribute of exclusive distributors is that they're financially able to stock large quantities of the product. For that reason, the product is readily available to wholesalers and retailers, which increases distribution. Furthermore, since exclusive distributors usually have substantial amounts of money to pay for the products, the manufacturer's cash situation is improved by the payments made by the distributors to stock the product.

As a result, the distributor takes the risk away from the manufacturer, keeping the manufacturer's finances safe. However, that is only possible if the manufacturer appoints an ethical and financially stable exclusive distributor.

Our managers form a base of manufacturers, transfer it to our call center and our employees make calls using this base.

Call center makes a request to the manufacturer in order to get the prices for the goods, after that we ask for the maximum possible discount and, based on the information received and the manufacturer's recommendation, we select the most interesting positions of products.

Our management offers several models of cooperation. Potential manufacturing partner chooses the most actual model of cooperation, and we sign a contract for the provision of an exclusive or its equivalent. The purpose of signing this contract, based on its essence, is to provide exclusive rights in the agreed territories, in which we can promote your product.

Immediately after that our sales managers begin to promote your product on the agreed market.

The main methods that we use and guarantee to our partners are:

  • Cold calls;
  • Development and implementation of a promotional strategy;
  • placement in at least 30 information sources of information about the product line that we have in stock;

We act according to the same principle by which we found you: we form a base of potential buyers, after that we offer the entire available assortment of goods to the buyer. During their working process, our managers make at least 400 calls.

The main key point is that we do not ask for a single cent for this work, our earnings can only appear if we can find a buyer for your products. It can be from 3 to 7% from each transaction, that is paid by the buyer of the product. The percentage depends on the product.  Our activity is to find a manufacturer or a buyer (depending on the activity of the partner). This means that BlackStone Solutions is a promoter for you.

The minimum agreed amount of work, efforts, promotions that the company must perform, subject to the signing of an agreement, consists of posting information about the product line on at least 30 Internet resources and making calls (at least 300 potential buyers) during the term of the agreement.

Our clients understand that we will not directly advertise customers' products (i.e. post promotional material about them and their product). We will advertise only our company. In case potential buyers are interested, the company will offer the products of our customers
